October 2021:  I am just launching this website.  Photos not loaded yet.  Apologies.  My son is third year LECOM Dental Bradenton student and moving out in May 2022 along with two other students that live here now.  I went through finding housing for my son in early 2019 and found this 1500 SF Villa Home (2 Villas connected make one structure/building).  It was a great choice!!  It can be a great choice for you next as a 3-year lease.  The other connected Villa is same situation – a dad from Rhode Island has his son and two tenants renting.  They finish in May 2022 as well.  Check out the location/neighborhoon on line as well.  Arbor Grande is the development.  Villas have exclusive use of our pool/whirlpool (signle family homes do not have access) AND we have full access to single family homes larger pool and main clubhouse.  What a deal for us Villa residents!
